1. Definitions

2. Reservations and Bookings
- Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete.
- Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or other written confirmation from the Hotel, along with any required deposit or full payment.
- Minimum Age: Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation for accommodation.
3. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Rates and Charges: All rates are quoted in local currency and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges, unless otherwise stated.
- Payment Policy: Specific payment terms, including deposit requirements and final payment due dates, will be communicated at the time of booking.

Disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or any actions that disturb the peace and comfort of others are strictly prohibited. - Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to Hotel property, fixtures, or fittings, whether accidental or intentional. The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests for the cost of repairs or replacement.
- Smoking Policy: The Hotel operates a strict no-smoking policy within all indoor areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be available. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in non-designated areas.
- Valuables: The Hotel provides in-room safes for the security of your valuables. The Hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings not stored in the safe or due to negligence.

- Specific Contracts: Bookings for event venues and conference facilities are subject to separate detailed contracts, which will outline specific terms regarding deposits, payments, cancellations, and usage.
- Guests' Responsibility: The event organizer is responsible for the conduct of their guests and any damage caused by them.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Grand Central Hotel Collection or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Grand Central Hotel Collection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
